clarITy (“clarITy”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard information collected through our website and tutoring services.

By using our website or services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the clarITy website and services where this Policy is referenced. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked through our website.

clarITy does not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share personal information where necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

What information do we collect?

We collect contact information. For example, we may collect your name, phone number, or email address from you when you book a session.

We collect information from our customers. clarITy’s services are intended primarily for seniors aged 55 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian.

We collect information you submit or otherwise provide or authorize us to collect. When you submit a question, compliment, complaint or idea on our website, by phone, or through social media. If you contact us through a social media site, we may collect your social media user identifier.

We collect demographic information and information about your interests. We may collect information such as your gender and age, for the purposes of better understanding our customers and their needs.

We may collect information about the browser you are using, and we may look at what site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us. We use information to book our services. We use your information to book, schedule, provide, and manage our services. Failure to provide the required information (such as your name and phone number) may prevent us from providing our services.

We use information to help us effectively provide you with services. We use your information to respond to your questions or enable you to participate in our programs, including our promotions. We may use your information to administer your registration and process services bookings and registrations on our sites. If you provide contact information for a third party, such as a friends or family member, for the purposes of inviting them to participate, we may use such contact information for the purposes of delivering the invitation. clarITy retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

This site is intended for people who are in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area in British Columbia, Canada. If you are outside of the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area in British Columbia, Canada, then you will not be eligible to use our services.
